Releases
In order for your video to be posted, the proper releases must be completed and received. Click here for the two releases required for all entries, and additional releases which may pertain depending on how you shoot your video.

FAX Sheet
You will need to fax your releases to 206-286-9010 before your videos can be uploaded on the site. Please use this fax cover sheet when sending your the releases. Videos will be posted once we have your releases and the video content is reviewed.
