Required Releases

Fax completed releases using the fax coversheet in the Toolbox. Your video cannot be posted and your entry cannot be accepted until these releases are received.

Release for All Participants
Every person in your commercial needs to sign this release. If the person appearing is under 18, his/her parent or guardian needs to sign the release as well.

Release for All Videos
In order for your video to be posted on this site, this release must be completed and faxed.

Want to use footage from a news station about a recent accident due to an unsecured load, or littering issue? Have this release completed and signed so you can use the footage in your commercial.
