How are the winners determined?
A panel of judges consisting of members from the Washington State Department of Ecology, Washington DECA, Comcast Spotlight, and Sharp Hartwig consulting firm will choose the winners for this competition.
The judges will score each entry based on the following criteria:
1. Would this video make people stop littering, or secure loads?
2. Does this video successfully incorporate the Litter and It Will Hurt campaign themes?
3. How creative is this video in delivering the message to 16-24 year olds?
The judges will select five finalists, and from these finalists, a grand prize winner will be selected.
Winner of Most Popular video will be determined based on the number of views and votes. |
